Silver Onsite Response
With Next-Business-Day service, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, Silver Onsite Response provides your most cost-effective choice for onsite service and is ideal for restoring access to data that is not mission critical.
Step up to a complete onsite service solution. With Silver Onsite Response, an Adaptec-trained technician arrives at your site on the next business day to solve hardware issues. This plan also includes unlimited 24x7 phone support and the bug fix, software update, and upgrade benefits of Bronze Software Maintenance.
- Provides Next-Business-Day (NBD) Onsite Response during Adaptec business hours, excluding weekends/holidays.
- Unlimited Tech Support calls 24x7, including weekends/holidays, to keep your business running.
- Software support (phone support only) includes basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, configuration, and installation. *Bronze Software Maintenance is included for applicable Operating Systems only.
- NBD parts replacement performed by an Adaptec-trained technician if call is received during Adaptec business hours, excluding weekends/holidays.
