International Shipments
Order shipment is available to all international locations. Please note that shipments from the United States to other countries may involve taxes, import duties, customs-related fees, or other charges beyond our control, for which the recipient is responsible. Please be assured that we do not receive any portion of any fees that you may be required to pay in connection with import taxes or duties imposed by your government.
Please also note that because of the difficulty in verifying credit cards issued outside the United States and Canada, orders with Canadian credit cards will be accepted but non-US purchases may require a wire transfer of funds.
APO/FPO Shipments
We will ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service. Typically, orders are delivered within 2 weeks, however please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once it has been delivered to the APO/FPO, ISSI Data (now a part of DataSpan) is not responsible for the package, nor can we track shipment of the package. Items that exceed USPS limitations (over 70 pounds or 108" girth/height) will be shipped to a freight forwarder for transhipment to the final destination. Typically, these items are furniture, large boards, hardware and paper products. Additional freight charges will be assessed on these shipments.
Shipping Charges & Processing Times
Most shipping charges are assessed by weight. However, dimensional weight pricing is applicable on a per package basis on all shipments which exceed one cubic foot. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be assessed and the customer will be informed of such charges.
To make sure you get the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we can't and we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for your total order.
Cut off time for most orders to ship the same day is 4:30 p.m. EST (1:30 p.m. PST). Order received after 4:30 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization or if paying by check or money order, payment must clear the bank. ISSI Data (now a part of DataSpan) cannot be responsible for shipping delays due to a declined credit card, incorrect billing or shipping address, billing information which is submitted by phone rather than through our website, failure to provide a correct street address for UPS or FedEx shipping, or delays caused by any reason beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Depending on the shipping carrier, we will attempt to notify you via email when your order has shipped. Most carriers will
include shipment tracking information within the notification.
