A 64-bit memory chip is embedded in the tape cartridge to store a table of contents and file location information. The tape features two coatings to guarantee high performance: a 100% cobalt dual magnetic layer, which assures high output, and a DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) protective layer that increases durability and archivability.
